Delivery with GLS takes place based on the option the customer chooses in his order. LetsGradeCards endeavors to send card/s return within 10 working days after a submission has been returned from PSA, but there may be delays in return delivery during peak periods.

Everyone card/s are generally sent back together, unless otherwise agreed.

After delivery, responsibility and risk for the products rests solely with the buyer.

You are covered by the purchased extended transport guarantee in your order in all transport situations, regardless of destination in the world, with any freight company.

Shipping with UPS when we ship for grading:

We always ship card/s with UPS when we ship card/s TO PSA.

Delivery times
Delivery times for grading are highly variable. All PSA's ESTIMATED delivery times can be seen at the bottom of our front page.

Extended Transport Guarantee
Extended transport guarantee costs 1.5% of the selected sum, and is made as an additional purchase under on the website here: Extended Transport Guarantee.

Return shipping with "Opt-Out"
Return shipping in DK costs DKK 50 and is sent as a separate invoice, which is received via e-mail.
